1. Non-Customized and Ready-to-Ship Orders
- Cancellations are allowed within 1 day of order placement or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.
2. Customized and Made-to-Order Items
- Cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed, as these items are crafted specifically for you.
- If you need to make changes to your customization, please contact us within 6 to 10 hours of placing the order.
- While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible.
- Approval depends on the manufacturing status of your order (whether it has been processed or not).
3. How to Request a Cancellation

4. Refunds for Cancellations
- For prepaid orders that are successfully canceled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
- Refunds are not applicable to Cash on Delivery orders canceled after the shipping process has begun.
